Epic Games on Friday filed a court motion asking District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers to order Apple to approve Fortnite for the US App Store,

Fortnite is now back on the US Apple App Store after nearly five years. This follows a legal battle with Apple over payment systems. The game is also available on the Epic Games Store and AltStore

Apple was in danger of having to show up in court on May 27 if it didn't respond satisfactorily to a show cause order by Wednesday, but neither is no longer necessary.
