DALLAS — One child has died after being run over by a truck on Thursday near Felix Botello Elementary School in Dallas, police said. According to Dallas PD Assistant Chief Catrina Shead, three children and one adult were hit by the truck around 3:30 p.m. in the 200 block of South Marsalis Avenue off of Interstate 35 East.
