SAN ANTONIO — Drivers are getting stuck in dangerous high water at Thousand Oaks and Wetmore on the northeast side of San Antonio Thursday morning after heavy rain and storms throughout the early morning hours.
The widespread and heavy overnight rain is causing multiple creeks and rivers across Central Texas to flood. Despite the rain moving out this morning, it’ll take a longer time for flood waters to recede.
