Heavy rain caused flash flooding and road closures Monday night as storms made their way through the Lehigh Valley. Storms started rolling into the area around 5 p.m. and continued for a few hours with some rainfall rates reaching 2 inches an hour.
U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. - Parts of Lehigh County are getting slammed with heavy rain, and that has led to flooded roads in spots.
