A SpaceX Dragon spacecraft with Ax-4 astronauts is expected to splashdown off the San Diego coast, creating a sonic boom, at around 2:31 a.m. PT on Tuesday.

It was the fourth private astronaut mission funded by Houston-based Axiom Space and the second commanded by veteran astronaut Peggy Whitson.
