Two days after Justin Fields briefly provided a major worry, he delivered only good news. Fields participated in individual drills and 7-on-7s during Jets practice Saturday, a strong sign of progress after he suffered a dislocated toe Thursday.

Jets' third-round rookie Azareye'h Thomas came down with an interception on Day 4 of camp, intercepting quarterback Brady Cook during the 11-on-11 portion of practice. Fields has received an unfortunate prediction ahead of training camp. According to Bleacher Report's Brad Gagnon , he is "selling" the idea that the Jets can return to the postseason in 2025.
