The 2025 UEFA Women's Euro soccer tournament began with 16 national teams competing for the UEFA Women's Euro trophy. The final eight teams entering the quarterfinals are England, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, which all finished in the top two of their groups.

England's Lionesses are back in action at the Euros this evening. Tonight's quarter-finals, the defending champions will face Sweden, who've won all their games so far.

The bench was a huge weapon for England when they won Euro 2022 and, as we enter the knockout stages in Switzerland, it will be again. Sweden will look to wear England down with their physicality and Wiegman will need fresh legs off the bench.
