Clemson is hosting an NCAA Regional for the third straight year — the Tigers open play Friday night against USC Upstate.

The tournament grew from 64 to 68 teams in 2011 and NCAA President Charlie Baker said he sees value in the idea of expanding further to 72 or 76.
