Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgram were killed by a gunman, who reportedly chanted a pro-Palestinian slogan in custody.

Witnesses say the suspect chanted "Free Palestine" as he was detained.

Robert Jenrick has told Sky's Wilfred Frost that the sentencing review and its recommendations, are a "get out of jail free card for criminals".
