The tradition of the US Open finishing on Father’s Day Sunday could be in jeopardy after play was suspended due to dangerous weather.

The winner of the 2025 U.S. Open will take home a hefty paycheck of $4.3 million, the same amount as last year's winner Bryson DeChambeau.

Scheffler missed from 11 feet for birdie on the seventh as well. It's a weird round so far as he's playing OK but just lacking that spark, which given it's the US Open and he's still in striking distance, is odd.
