Pupils at the Efata School for the Blind and Deaf in Mthatha have been sent home following disruptions this week. They raised several concerns, among them maladministration and lack of support by some staff members. Matriculants at the school have since been sent to write their final examinations at a different centre while teaching and learning at the school has been suspended.
