Intermediates were killing it on their 50 meter swims today (and first time ever in a 50 meter pool)! Why do our Splashers roll all the way to their back every time they breathe? When learning to swim, it is critical to take the time to work on full body rotations. Moving from front to back and back to front multiple times while maintaining a horizontal body position is hard but it is a safety skill you will have for the rest of your life.
